how to do identification incoming call number???

hi, I'm the fresh 3cx user. I have a few configuration problem. main problem is how to do identification call number on ex ip devices, because I have only default internal number like 10000. but a wont to know who call to me. I see the incoming number only in log server, but not on phone displace.

who knows is it possible to do it in 3cx??

Hi,

Do you mean to show the Caller ID on the IP phone? If the call is coming via a gateway the number is not displayed in the current beta. In the next beta this problem will be resolved.

what about more settings in voip provider? ex. Register Expiration that function will be very helpful
