Hi everyone,

I’m currently using 3CX Version 20.0 Update 6 (Build 619 Beta) and I would like to integrate a WebRTC-based web dialer using JsSIP.

To do this, I understand that WebSocket SIP (WSS) support needs to be enabled on the 3CX server.
However, I couldn't find any clear documentation or option in the management console to activate this feature.

Can someone please guide me on:

  1. How to enable WebSocket SIP (WSS) in 3CX V20?
  2. Is there any specific configuration required (e.g., STUN, TURN, SIP port)?
  3. Do I need to manually expose the WSS port on the firewall or it is handled automatically by 3CX?

Any help or reference to official documentation would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

You can't. We looked at that already.

They use their own SIP stack and WSS is not enabled. They use their own WebRTC implementation.
