How to exclude a URL from Click to Call ?

Hi guys !

We tried to enter some URLs with various syntaxes, with http://, without, with a * at the end, but it's never working. Does someone know how to exclude a domain ? (we want to exclude sharepoint as it can severely messed with the document edition).

The forum topic is "exclude a URL from Click to Call". Can you please be more specific? What do you want to exclude? You are referring to Click to Call or Click to Talk (Live Chat and Talk)?

Click to call. Each time there is a long number in Excel or Word online, it's creating a mess. So we are trying to exclude Sharepoint from C2C.

We tried "https://xxxx.sharepoint.com", "xxxx.tebu-bio.com", "https://xxxx.sharepoint.com/", "xxxx.tebu-bio.com/", without success.
