How to find these information from call report

Hi mates,

We have just purchased 3cx from a reseller, now the report looks very detail with call flows, ringing duration, talking. But I need to count the:

• Total calls received
• Answered & Unanswers calls in total
• Answered & Unanswers calls by each extension.

Now I have to handle with excel file manually and its very time consuming.

Anyone has experience about this please?

You could probably get the required results by running a general Call report. You can filter by answered or unanswered calls and create reports by extension.
