how to fix this bug? DR problem

I found this weird bug in free edition.

every time there's a phone call coming in and DR take the answer, but while call dial extension number first time, it prompt "invalid input,please try again", and then if the caller input the extension number again, it work!

But if every call should input extension number twice,it's a big issue then. how to fix it?
