How to get 4 yeas old 3CX call logs

Hello Everyone!

Just checking if there is a way or if anyone can advise if it's possible to get the 4 years old call logs. From 3CX admin portal, I can see that, call logs is available for 90 days only. Wondering if you could please advise if it's possible to get 4 years old call logs.

All the call detail information is maintained in the 3CX database forever unless you specifically truncate the history. So the data is likely still here. Whether you can get the needed information through existing 3CX reports is a question for someone else, but we can get you access to the raw data using our 3CX Exporter tool. Our tool will replicate the 3CX data to a separate SQL Server, MySQL, or MariaDB database. From there you can use whatever reporting tool you prefer (Power BI, Crystal Reports, Excel, etc.) to create whatever reports you need.
