I can download my recording via UR https://xxx.3cx.asia:5001/api/RecordingList/download?file=4060
how can get the info the recoding id of 4060? i try check the info from CDRLogs, but can't get the info from there.

There's absolutely no way. The Recording ID is not related to any other IDs.

You will need another way to download the files.

Can you explain under what conditions you need to download a recording? Are you looking to do this programmatically? Or do you need a user interface to find and download the recording? Or are you trying to automatically upload the recording to a CRM for example? A little more information about what you are trying to achieve would be helpful.
