Someone is calling, I answer, I click on att. transfer, my colleague is not available, but I can't get the initial call back. All I can do is to end the call. I'm on V15.5, on the web client. Am I missing anything ?

You can enable, in Settings -> PBX, the Transfer Back on Busy feature.

Hi Frederick, thanks, but it's for blind transfer. But i'm referring to the case of a supervised transfer : I receive a call, I want to transfer to a colleague, I start the supervised transfer, I can't reach my colleague, so I hang on him, but then I have no button to get the initial call back... Am I doing something wrong ?

Normally, when doing a Attended Transfer, you should be getting the call back since it was simply a second line on hold.

V16 fixes this, there is now a button to get the initial call back. So problem is solved ! Thanks for your answers.
