We have a corporate CMS and 12 different phone numbers that connect via a SIP trunk in 3cx. Numbers are needed to track the advertising channel. We want to receive the following parameters in the CRM database:
1) The number from which the client called
2) The number the customer called (SIP)
3) Call date

I can not find a way to get the number the client called (point 2)
I'm trying to integrate 3cx with mysql. But there is no parameter I need.
There was an idea to bind a unique manager to each SIP number. At the time of the call, 3cx should integrate with mysql and fill in the "Agent" field in the database with the number of a unique manager.
But only the manager who answered the call gets into the database.

I tried to integrate 3c through 3cx Template Wizzard. There is also no parameter I need.
How can I track the number a customer called?

There is no way currently in the CRM integration to get the DID. It's just not available.

You'll need some workarounds like using CFD for this. Can get pretty complex tho.

Fine.
I wanted to do something like this:
1) The client calls from number A to B
2) Number B is connected via SIP trunk. In its settings, I set the option to transfer the call to a unique manager Agent_phone_B.
3) Integration with Mysql. The following data is entered into the database:
phone: A
phoneAgent: Agent_phone_B

By this manager Agent_phone_B, I will understand which SIP the call was

4) The call is forwarded to the sales department.

Is it possible to do so?

That is possible yes, you need to use [Number] and [Agent] in the CRM template you use. You can also use [AgentEmail], [AgentFirstName] and [AgentLastName]
