hello, I am looking for the procedure how to make a trunk between 3cx ip PBX and UCM6204?

You would need to create a generic SIP Trunk on your 3CX. HOwever with a 3CX SMB Free you will not be able to do this. You need a dedicated Professional or Enterprise subscriptio of 3CX.
