After many years service and constant upgrades, We have recently experienced issues with working 3CX instances going off line. 3CX have deleted the FQDN without us having any way of resolving the fault or recovering the FQDN and leaving customers without service.
Let me guess, you were running v16 still? After many years service and constant upgrades, We have recently experienced issues with working 3CX instances going off line. 3CX have deleted the FQDN without us having any way of resolving the fault or recovering the FQDN and leaving customers without service.
Has anyone else had the same issues?
Other than reinstalling the system with a new FQDN or installing a completely new system is there an easy fix?
We disappointed customers loosing confidence with 3CX!
