how to modify the default greeting message on the chatbox

I set the greeting message on the chat box before and needed to change something, but I could not find the place to change it.

If you login with extension that has the Owner role and navigate to Admin > Voice & Chat > edit the chat you want > Messages.
You will find the Greetings and Auto messages. You can configure the Online/Offline greeting messages and you can also configure Auto Messages for Welcome, Away, Auto-response to the first message or On chat end message
