How to point the 3CX FQDN to a different IP Address

Hi,

I am having a Standard License (16SC). During installation of 3CX, i specified to use 3CX FQDN.

Currently, I would want to point the 3CX FQDN to a different IP Address.

Can anyone advise how I can do that ?

Change your wan ip address

Settings - Network - External IP Configuration

Hi Kwang,

This should happen automatically under normal conditions.

You can switch your PBX network settings to Dynamic, and the PBX will attempt to update it.

Make sure there are no other PBXs that are running on the same key as the problem will return.
