How to prevent user from deleting Call Logs

Hi,

I am using 3cx version 18 (update 6)

Currently, there is a delete button for the call logs in the User Portal (see below)

We need to prevent user from deleting their call logs in the User Portal.

Is there any way to disable this Delete button in the User Portal ?
