How to program the reception of calls on another phone ?

Good evening,
By default, the calls arrive at the receiving station No. 000.
How can you program the reception of calls on the phone 001 (for example) from this phone?

Either in inbound rules or right in the sip trunk / sip gateway settings in 3cx. (depending on your setup)

It is no possible to hang up one of the extensions then tape a code (example *875 or other code) to have external calls transmit on ?

You would need to setup forwarding rules in ext. 000 (lets say in AWAY mode), then you could use the dialcode *31 to set the phone to away and *30 to go back to available.

Please note that extensions in 3CX have statuses. Meaning your extension could be available or Away or DND etc. When you change the status you can forward calls based on that status. Navigate to the management console select and edit an extension and navigate to forwarding rules.
From there you can manage where the calls are going according to what status you are in.

Thanks sir; If i understand well i cannot program a redirection FOR "phone 001 -> phone 002" FROM "phone 002" dialing a shortcut ?
