How to provision desktop app now config file removed

• Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? LAN
• IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware N/A
• Provisioning Method: Local
• Trunk Provider or Gateway Make/Model N/A
• Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
• Are custom Phone Templates being used: YES

Hi Guys,

How do I provision the desktop app now?

I've tried to provision via MGMT console but it doesnt config (LAN install).
