how to rebuild a hosted 3cx

we have a test environment we are on v18 9 and want ot go. to v20 for teting before it is rolled out. I dont have an option to upgrade but I'd love to be able to rebuild the hosted instance but do not have an option to do that. also when I shut down the instance in the portal, the "restore" option is greyed out. I'd love to rebuild it in v20 and restore our backup.

The option to upgrade to V20 has been removed for the time being. If you have stopped the machine, you can switch to Hosted, and in the first part, there will be an option to choose yes or no. to restore a backup.

if we were needing to say, restore a hosted instance that has cratered, the restore option in the hosted portal is greyed out even if the system is stopped.
