Solved How to reinstall a hosted by 3cx instance due to wrong extension length.

Just installed a brand new instance, selected the wrong extension length of 3 instead of 4 - I'm the only user on the instance for now
and seems the only way to alter the extension length to 4 digits is to reinstall - however inside the 3cx account I see no way to
delete the instance and reinstall - any advice is appreciated. The instance is hosted by 3cx.

In case you wish to change it, we can delete the instance and you can redeploy it.
All configuration needs to be done from scratch as backups cannot be used due to a mismatching ENL length.
If you wish to proceed with the deletion please opening a support ticket and provide the following information in our Knowledgebase

Sorry but that link returns error 500 - can you supply the information I need to send inline?

The information needed to be sent:
  • Admin Username of your Management Console
  • Admin Password of your Management Console
  • FQDN
  • License key
  • WAN IP of the instance that will be terminated

We proceeded with the deletion and sent a confirmation back to you.
You are ready to redeploy.
