How to remove "The 3CX team" in Welcome email.

Hi;

How can I remove the "Happy calling.... The 3CX Team" at the bottom of the Welcome email? I want to replace it with IT Team, etc. I used the notepad to open the Email Template file of Extension Welcome template but cannot find the wordings.

Never mind.

Found it under "Parameters" setting, using Find to locate all "3CX Team" and replace it with the wording which I want.

The easier way to do this is to go into settings, email and adjust the template for extension welcome

I went to Parameters from Management Console and then locate "MAILTEMPLATE_EXTWELCOME_DEFAULT", click on this template name and it will bring up the edit view, then search for the 3CX Team" and replacing it with my wordings, then close and save.

Make a backup before doing that. And also, you can use the search function from the browser to locate all parameters which has "3CX Team" wording.

Yes, I tried that but that does not work in my case.
