I deleted the phone from 3CX user settings and the phone is not visible as a device now, reset the phone to factory default. The extension is not registering anymore. But I cannot register this same MAC in a different platform, it says this phone is provisioned somewhere else. I tried to contact Yelink, but you need an RPS account for that. I tried adding the device again to 3CX and it works, deleted it again, but the problem still exists. Has anyone had this same problem? How you resolved it? Thanks.

Hi,

If you remove it from 3CX it will automatically get deleted from RPS within 14 days.

Hi. Thank you! Is there a way to remove a phone from 3CX and remove it from the RPS in a shorter duration like within 24hrs?

You can either let it expire, or you can contact Yealink and have them remove it from their RPS manually.

I think we need to have an RPS account for this. But I didn't try opening a ticket instead. Better I try that one. However, 3CX should be able to do this. Most of the other platforms remove the MAC immediately when you remove it from the system.

Do you think this is practical? Most of the other platforms do remove the MACs from Yelink immediately. Who wants to wait 15 days? and why we should wait? what is the purpose here?

That is what Yealink gives you for doing self service removal of the RPS MAC address. It works and it's instant. Yes it requires an account.

My distributor got my RPS account added. It was not hard. Yealink also says submit a ticket to request access if your distributor isn't helping. I know I had Gentek set mine up. Emailed them and they had it setup in less than an hour.

I see UK list of distributors here:
