HOW TO RETURN THE OLD EMAIL TEMPLATE "EXTENSION WELCOME"

How can we bring back the stock email template for the email "extension welcome" ?

Hello @Arthur.b,

If you are using a custom template in your Hosted by 3CX instance and wish to change it to the default template then open another system that uses the default extension welcome template and copy it.

For V18 you can find it by navigating to Settings >> Email >> Email Templates.
For V20 you can find it by navigating to Admin >> Advanced >> Templates >> Email Templates
