Solved How to send SMS from webclient version 18

Hi, i dont see an option to send a sms from the version 18 webclient
can anybody help?

Once the configuration and routing is done in the Messaging section, go to your extension and scroll down on the General tab, you will see the SMS option.

That's where you choose the default DID to use for new chats from this user, which enables the "New SMS" option in the dropdown you specified.

Refresh after clearing your cache. Might need a logout/login too.
