Solved How to send SMS from webclient

I can't seem to figure out how to send SMS from the webclient. When I go to chat, I only see options for "compose group chat" and "compose chat".


If I go to the Android app, I have the option to send an SMS.

Yes I have. That was the only way I was able to get the SMS option in the Android app.

Do you have an option selected in the "Can send SMS via" drop-down list? Are you logged into the Webclient with the same extension as the Android App? Test the webclient in incognito mode too.

I did have an option selected, but I just went back and checked and it was blank for some reason. I changed it back to what it should be and it is working now. Thank you.
