Hi,
I'm using Callcentric as my VoIP provider and my client would like to use Callcentric's voicemail as a backup in case they lose power or their Internet goes down. I'm trying to set it up so they can call the Callcentric voicemail to retrieve messages and record greetings (usually *123 from the registered UA), but I can't seem to get 3CX to pass the * code to Callcentric. Is there any way to do that. Here's what I've tried so far:

- Setup an outbound rule to catch calls to numbers starting with prefix *123 and a length of 4.
- Setup a dummy extension (998) to forward to number *123
- Various permutations of the outbound rule or extension forwarding to catch a predefined number. For example, dialing 9123, then striping the 9 and prepending * in the outbound rule.
