How to set 2 different IVRs for weekdays and Saturday open hours

Hi Team,

I have a customer who is a veterinarian. They operate two clinics at different locations. Here's their IVR requirement:

1. Weekdays:
   
   • IVR should play the following options:
     • Press 1 for Shop 1
     • Press 2 for Shop 2
     • Press 3 to leave a voice message
2. Saturday:
   
   • Since only Shop 1 is open, IVR should play:
     • Press 1 for Shop 1
     • Press 2 to leave a message
3. Sunday:
   
   • A regular out-of-hours (OOH) message should be played.

Could you guide me on how to configure this in v20? Specifically, how can I set up one IVR for weekdays, a second IVR for Saturday, and the OOH IVR for Sunday?

Hi

Easiest way I'd do is it using a dummy extension.

Have the number come to that extension and then create exception rules to do what you're after.
