How to set default web client "call using Browser"

Hi,

As far as I can see, webclient defaults to "call using whatever phone users get assigned".
But most of my users only use webclient when they are not near the phone or even at the office.
When they try to call, the office phone will ring, but because they are not in the office all the time they can't figure out why nothing is working. They expect the browser to make the call, not the office phone.
Is there any way to set the default to "call using browser"?

I believe the client will remember what was previously used, so if they're not at their deskphone they should get in to the habbit of letting the client know they're using the web client instead. User error in this case.
