How to set generic SIP phone

Is ther any guide or special way to set any standard no homilagated SIP phone to 3CX??

If it is a local device, then for basic service you only need the 3CX server IP, User name (the extension number), and the password. If you have configured any SIP devices manually, it should be very easy.

If you provide the make/model, then someone may be of more help.

For standard SIP registration of a local phone (or locally routed generic phone) then all that should be required to enter (manually) is:

* PBX Local IP & Port for registration
* Extension username
* Extension password

Did you tried Avaya B179 conference phone?? it is SIP
