How to set up Bandwidth.com trunks

Hello, we are trying to find a general template for setting up Bandwidth.com SIP trunks and can't seem to find it. Can anyone provide a link?

We haven't tested the incoming but the outbound is getting rejected by Bandwidth for Device not found/user agent issues. Thanks for any help you can provide! I have cut/pasted the log from the 3CX report for additional information:

Hi,

from the PBX point of View, on the Add VoIP Provider >> Country select Generic and then you can select SIP Trunk, or VoIP Provider or SIP Connect 1.1 ( TCP ) or SIP Connect ( UDP ) .
For the fact that the Provider rejects the calls I would recommend to contact with their side in order to charity the reason.
