how to setup a group voicemail so anyone can listen to it?

I have 3 phone and I want to setup a group voicemail where everyone have access to it and listen to new voicemail. I would like to add a BLF button on the phone .

1. Do I just create a regular user extension say 200
2. Setup one of the BLF to special dial or custom dial?
3. What code should I enter to get to that specific mailbox without a password?
4. Does the light blink of the group voicemail have a message?

I just did this:
1. created a dummy extension
2. Extensions, Ring groups or queues that should leave voicemails on this shared extension are set to "Voicemail of extension ..."
3. you can setup that voicemail of that extension to not ask for a PIN (Disable Voicemail PIN authorization)
4. To access the voicemail you dial your voicemail extension (9999, or whatever it is in your case) push # and it ask you for the extension you wan tot listen to voicemail. type in the extension number above.
I encourage users to use the webclient to check for that shared voicemail. Also email forwarding for that a new voicemail to a group works well (transcribed and/or audio attached)
5. No the voicemail indicator will not blink on that extension.

That is the thing, if it doesn't blink how do we know there is a voicemail? we don't want to constantly check on it. I remember there is a trick to do a voicemail check..

we use the email to a group as a voicemail notification so to speak.
