How to shut-down 3CX server?

Maybe this is obvious, but does anyone know how to shutdown the 3CX server? Also, is there a way to not have the server automatically start-up when Windows boots?

Answers are windows log and PBX log. (startup)
Shutdown is available even from management console.

Strange question...

1. Use net stop command or shutdown command.
2. Set Service Startup Type - Manual in Services MMC
