How to specify internal subnets definition?

Am trying to put in the 3CX app in parent's phone to connect to to the 3CX pbx in my home.
When outside, the ISP uses 10.0.0.0 subnet. During the registration process, the app thinks that 10.0.0.0 is an internal network and it tries to connect to 192.168.0.x which fails.

Would appreciate if someone can point to me how do change the definition of what constitues an "internal subnet" so that I force the 3cx client to connect to my external FQDN?

If your ISP uses 10.0.0.0/8 as subnet for public IPs, they are illegal. Those are reserved CIDR subnets.

As above no isp should be using these address range.

If you are connected internally, and you goto www.ipchicken.com - what IP address does it give. Only give us the first three blocks of numbers i.e. 51.155.42

Hi,

appreciate your responses. Managed to find the option.
It is located in:
Settings
Parameters
Just below the [+Add] button, in the search field, type "network"
LOCALSUBNETS
Click the edit icon, it's the icon left of X.

Regarding the 10.0.0.0 subnet, it's used by Singapore Telecoms mobile GSM network. So there's not much we can do to change it except to find ways around it.
