Hi - new to 3CX and trying out on various platforms. Cannot find any documentation on starting/stopping the service from the CLI on Linux and/or Raspberry Pi. I see there are some 10 or so services running. Is there a single service that stops/starts them all, or do they need to be stopped/started in a specific order, etc. Appreciate any help as cannot find in documentation or forum

Hi

In my own little guide I have the following - Whether it's still relevant im not sure as i havent tested.

To Check, Stop, Start 3CX Services

Service 3CX* status | grep ".service -\|Active"

or

service 3CX* status

or

systemctl status 3CX*

service 3CX* stop (3CX* using star will stop, start, or restart all services starting with 3CX)
service 3CXCfgServ01 stop
service 3CXPhoneSystem01 stop
service 3CXSystemService01 stop
service 3CXEventNotificationManager stop
service 3CXQueueManager01 stop
service 3CXTunnel01 stop
service 3CXIVR01 stop
service 3CXMediaServer stop
service 3CXCfgServ01 stop
service 3CXPhoneSystemMC01 stop
service nginx stop

and with same logic services can be started or restarted with start and restart at the end

service 3CXCfgServ01 start
service 3CXPhoneSystem01 start
service 3CXSystemService01 start
service 3CXEventNotificationManager start
service 3CXQueueManager01 start
service 3CXTunnel01 start
service 3CXIVR01 start
service 3CXMediaServer start
service 3CXCfgServ01 start
service 3CXPhoneSystemMC01 start
service nginx start

without need of linux go in console for PBX and click on services on dashboard, then select one or several and use buttons on top to stop , restart
