How to stop users being able to drop calls of Team members

We have had a complaint from a client that it has been brought to their attention that users can control other Team mebers calls. as follows:-


So, by looking at the Team page on their Desktop App, if someone else is on a call, they have the abillity to Transfer, Park or Drop the call.

Surely this cannot be right?

Hi, these users have enabled the parameter Perform operations (divert, transfer, pickup)? what role are they using in the group?

Ok, I thought when we tried this before, the user was unable to use those functions from their handset. The role they are set for is user but we always enable "perform operation" as we assumed they would not be able to carry out those functions themselves if it was disabled.

ok, if you want to prevent the users doing those actions in the webclient/desktop app/pwa then that right must be disabled.
