Hi all,

Hoping someone can help, we're using 3Cx and Salesforce, everything is fine apart from the fact we have multiple people convering a switch board number and when a contact calls in everyone is having the contact record open, rather than just the person accepting the call.

I've seen mention of a setting called "Automatically open Contact URL when CRM Integration is Enabled" but can't find this as we want to switch it off, or is there any other way we can manage this?

Any advice would be most appreciated.

Thanks.

From the Web Client > Settings > Integration > Off.

Then you can click on the contact card when you accept the call, so only you go to the contact page.

Brilliant thank you @edossantos, we changed it and I tried calling in but it still popped up the contact, I'm guessing it takes a bit of time to sync?

No, it should take the setting immediately. If you're still getting the popup, probably you're using the Chrome Extension, which has a separate setting for this. You should check it as well.

That seems to have done it, thank you so much @edossantos for the quick responses.
