how to transfer calls to another extension

Hi Folks,

we have a 3cx support, and 2 base sets of siemens c470ip.

But how are we able to transfer a call from extension A to extension B ?

Before we used elastix and used the feature key: ##(extension) but I can't find such options in 3CX.

Page 147 of the C470ip manual explains how to define the recall key. A call transfer (analogue set with ATA) would normally be flash (or recall), dialtone, then dial extension.
