You just purchase the upgrade on your existing licence.

Call recording is still a function of Pro, so no changes to your existing setup.

Standard doesn't have call recording unless you're still using an old v15.5 version, which I doubt as it wouldn't work anymore.

Upgrading to Pro would give that feature back, as with v16, it was moved to the Pro level with a few others.
