On windows its always backup and restore. Keep in mind you need to upgrade to at Enterprise to use it. There are no free version anymore for windows.

You might be best migrating the machine to Linux. Its not difficult to do.

so i installed v20 and imported backup:

1) i can not login anymore via webbrowser becouse credentials are not recognized as valid.
2) if i ask to reset password, no email arrive to me
3) on 3cx portal i have got that in 2 days it expire!

Did you follow the manual and requirements? You need to login with the system owner extension. There is no admin login anymore.

I should be able to get the password via email and this does not work.
The system owner was setup for sure i checked.

i can simply install from scratch and setup everything it's a tiny configuration, the only things i don't get, OnPremise Windows v20, it's free or not?

it say me expire in 2 days my actual license.

That is the main problem ...

also it say "hosting Expired" what is that?

Not receiving an email would suggest your System owner does not have a unique email address.

This is a requirement in Verison 20 for users and especially the system owner to have unique email addresses

what do u suggest i can't have linux so what about the " 3CX SMB FREE " ?

for some reasons i can't switch to it...

Switching to a 3CX FREE will not carry over your existing configuration.

you can deploy a new 3CX FREE system from your customer portal. This however will need you to reconfigure all your users.

You will have a different FQDN, and different extension numbers.

i setup the 3CX SMB FREE and it is using 5 extensions digit.
Is possible to have with 3, even deleting and re-making it from scratch or is that a default and not possible to change?
