Hi all,
2 issues here:
1. I have just been informed that I need to update my PABX to V18 Update 9A. We have our 3CX instance hosted in Ms Azure. When i go to updates the only available update is Upgrade to Version 20 and the upgrade to build 9A is not there. I have checked and im definitely only on V18 Update 9 (18.0 (Build 20)). Is there a way to manually install Update 9A so my PABX continues to operate until i can upgrade to V20.
2. I attempted to upgrade to V20 last night and it basically instantly fails. Log shows:
