How to Upload Custom Voicemail to Extension

Hi

I would like to upload a custom greeting to my individual extension voicemail, can this be done? The only thing i can find is this https://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/voicemail-greeting/ but it doesn't appear relevant on the latest version of the app.

In the Webclient/DesktopApp: [...] > Settings > Greetings.

In the Management Console: Users > choose your ext > Voicemail > Greeting.

Thanks for the replies, in hindsight i didn't write the problem correctly. I'm wanting to upload a custom voicemail greeting to a ring group, not an extension, is this possible?

Ring Groups don't offer messages. They could no answer route, to an extension, with voicemail. Could you possibly mean a Queue?

Hi @CMCOC,

You can do this but it will require a PRO license and require using queues.

1. Copy your promptset.
2. In your new prompset, record over the VM message.
3. In the queue, change your language to the new prompt set you created.

Your VM message for the queue will now be the one you recorded.
