How to use alternativ proxy on V20?

Hello Everyone,

we are trying to setup an atlernativ proxy on our Main SIP trunk on a recently updatedV20 system.
Now on V20 i don't see anymore this menu to add the alternativ proxy.
Has anyone an idea where we can now achieve this goal?
or this feature has been removed from V20?

The option is available when you select a Generic SIP Trunk and navigate to the Options menu.
Are you referring to a specific SIP Trunk?

Hi DImitri, yes we use Sunrise Business SIP trunk.
I don't understand why it's needed to select Generic SIP trunk for that.
what can we do?
