How to use IP Phone without auto provisioning

Hi,
I am using Yealink T27G with 3cx, I have two accounts in there. When i add the phone under my extention, it auto provisions and removes the other account.
Is there a way to use the phone without auto provision?

When i connect without adding the profile under my extention, i cant hear the audio.

We support only a single extension account per each device. Auto Provisioning ensures that the phone will work well as tested by 3CX.

You can run more than one account on a phone if you program it manually, but you may indeed come across problems with audio, transfers, hold/unhold.

You can have many phones connect to 1 extension, but not many extensions on 1 phone.

Thanks for the quick support. in that case, can i disable pushing the settings to the phone while having the profile?

You can autoprovision the phone, and when it is ready you can remove the provisioning link from the phone's Web UI

So, the phone auto provisioned by the other service provider. Using second account for 3cx with SIP creds.
When i add the phone profile under my extention the phone automatically provisioned. Even without setting the provision url in phones web ui.

Yes, this is normal as it has all the info to configure the extension

When you assign the phone to an extension, it automatically pushes out the config to the phone

Correct

Within the phone gui, you goto Settings -> Auto Provision and blank the Server URL field

As the phone has been provisioned, the gui password will have changed - you get the password under 'Phone Provisioning' - Phone Web Page Password - Click on the eye on the right to see the password

I've tested that many times on different devices... rarely I got audio/transfer issues.

What I did get is CSTA issues with DND.

I guess the audio issues are based on codecs, if thats the case can we create a generic phone profile which supports those codecs?
