Hi All,

So I purchased a Sonim XP5. I was able to install the 3CX app, but as soon as I launch it, it says "SCAN QR CODE" - and nothing seems to allow me to hit OK (there is no OK showing). I downloaded the file from my extension welcome e-mail, but launching that in File Explorer on the XP5 says no application can open this file. Any suggestions on what I can do from here?

Thanks :)

Well I got a screen control app, was able to activate the account, but the hardware buttons don't work - ie if I'm in 3CX, and use the hardware keypad, it does nothing. If I get an incoming call, I see no way to answer it, the answer button on the phone opens up the AT&T App. Am I SOL?

The file attachment is for the Windows client. For the app, log in to the web client, Settings/Scan QR Code, and point the phone camera at that QR code.
When a call comes in the app should show that on screen. I have iOS and it shows a slider similar to the iOS slider to answer a call.

Yeah I get the slider, but it's a non touch screen. I'm hoping I can somehow map the physical answer button to the 3cx app, but sounding like maybe not.
