how to we setup 3cx hosted into our 3cx reseller account?

currently when i try to created a hosted 3cx . it asked for the client email address. Is there a way we can manage it for the client. Also how does the billing work with the hosted by 3cx? can somoene explain this to me a bit more.

As for the email, yeah... we usually create an alias on our monitoring email and use that address. If not, the customer WILL receive warnings about expiration of license and such.

just read that thread, but it doesn't talk about how we are going to be charge? I was reading it is around $5/month is that true? please advise how they are going to charge me? I do not need a place for this? Unlike Google Cloud or Amazon I do see the dashboard with the charges.

I cannot find it in hosted by 3cx. If i'm missing please let me know.
