HTC Wildfire will not register 3cx v1.3.2

I cannot get 3cx to register with my SIP provider on an HTC Wildfire S
I have tried all the settings on the phone but some of the options are different to the instructions screen shots so it is difficult to be sure what to use.

What is the difference between "Name" and "Display Name"
What is the difference between "User" and "ID"?

I have managed to connect to my SIP provider using Sipdroid and make a call but they couldn't hear me talk so I gave up on Sipdroid and came back to try 3cx again. My previous handset was windows and I could connect using AGEphone, so I know my phone can connect and my WiFi router will connect and my SIP provider accepts connections. My logic tells that my problem must be in the settings for 3cx. I have tried every setting I can find, several times for about 5 hours and cannot get it to register.

Can anyone help?

I gave up trying to get this working and switched to AGEPhone.
