HTEK firmware update fails with "file too large"

Hi, I am trying to update some HTEK UC924 phones to current firmware. These are all the standard older UC924 (not the M version).

I have them manually updated to 2.0.4.8.11, but cannot get the current 3cx approved firmware (2.0.6.5.30) to load on the devices.

After uploading the image, the phone reports back the the file size needs to be under 32mb.

I'm assuming there is an interim update that needs to be applied, but I am not able to find it on 3cx's website, or on HTEK's website.

Any advice would surely be appreciated!
