HTEK UC902 Can't pickup calls or place them.

Hello,

The latest version of v16, latest compatible firmware on the SIP phone too. The phones ring when the extension is called but picking it up doesn't answer the call. Picking it up with another phone (UC926 or a softphone works). Didn't see anything relevant in the activity log. In the same way, it can't seem to place any call with them, nothing in the activity log too.

Any clue for me?

The phones are provisioned by RPS.

Fixed by using an SBC.
