https login not working

we are having an issue with our 3cx server, that it is not working with https login, instead of that it working with http only, so that we are not able to provision mobile app via QR code. Any support will be greatly appreciated. It was working fine till yesterday

most of the time 3cx https is on port 5001 or 443, https://3cx.us:5001 or https://3cx.us:443 if you have whatever port you are using forwarded outside your network you can use a cert checker to tell you what is wrong. https://www.digicert.com/help/ if you would like to test it locally http://3cx-server-ip:5001 or 443 and your browser will give you an idea of what is wrong with the cert.

if you go to https://xxxx.3cx.com:5001 - https://xxxx.3cx.com:5015 , do you get any error? or do you get the management console?

Just to let you know replace the 'xxx' with you FQDN.
