Huawei Mobile Call Waiting

If a user is in a normal mobile phone call, and a call comes in via the 3cx app, they are not alerted that this call is ringing. Is this normal behaviour for the 3cx app on Android / Huawei? I'm assuming on an iPhone this would show as an incoming call still as it does with other applications?

Hi,

On Android the call will be suppressed until the GSM call is over, and you will see the missed call.

iPhone is a different platform and handles things differently via the Apple CallKit.

So this is the normal behavior as you have noted.
