Hello @nerdcom,

When you do the authorization and you need to select an account, you need to choose the "normal" Hubspot account, and NOT the "developer" account you created.

Make sure the permissions you set on the app are the right ones. Also, make sure you're an Admin in the HubSpot, otherwise you cannot connect apps.

The error in this case is different. It says that your app didn't specify the scopes that are requested by 3CX (contacts and timeline). Please check the configuration guide and follow it to the letter:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/hubspot-pbx-crm-integration/
Hello there,
1- I am the administrator
2- the scopes are no longer like you had them, it has changed
3- I have given all the scopes to make sure

They should go to hubspot and see how it is now

Check

We're aware of some changes related to the scopes taking place in the first week of November. We're planning to adjust the Hubspot template by then to meet the new scopes requirement. However, at the moment we don't see these new scopes in our testing environment, even when creating a new application (just tested this). Are you testing this in an environment having a preview of new features for example?

I give you photos of everything like this so you can see.

If you look at the scopes they are no longer as they are in the manual, and the timeline step to legancy.

I have activated all scopes to make sure none are missing.

I understand that you have these new scopes, but we can't see them in our developer account. These were supposed to be available in 2 months.... If your developer account is using some preview of new features, you should disable that, so you can use the old scopes until they're migrated.

Meanwhile, the only option would be that you manually edit the template we provide. If you go to the 3CX Console > Settings > CRM > Hubspot > Show template button, you will see the XML. You can copy this XML to a text file and edit the line 9, which currently has this:
<Parameter Parent="General Configuration" Name="RefreshToken" Type="OAuth" Editor="String" Title="Refresh Token:" RequestUrl="https://app.hubspot.com/oauth/authorize" RequestUrlParameters="response_type=code&client_id=[ClientId]&redirect_uri=[RedirectUri]&state=[State]&scope=contacts timeline" ResponseScenario="OAuthGetRefreshToken" />

There you need to change the requested scopes "contacts" and "timeline" for the new scopes required to read/write contacts and create engagements. Then you should save the template and upload it as a custom template.

Please find attached the modified Hubspot template using the new "granular" scopes. Please give it a try and confirm if this works, as we have no way to test this at the moment (our testing environment doesn't show these new scopes). Your feedback is very important so we can provide this to other customers having the same issue.

Thank you.

Could you run the authorization without issues? Can you test a number lookup from the 3CX Console > Settings > CRM > Test button? Do you see any error there?

Probar Integración CRM

Por favor ingrese un número de teléfono para buscarlo en el CRM
Server returned a non successful status code - HTTPStatusCode=Forbidden - Reason=Forbidden - Content={"status":"error","message":"This app hasn't been granted all required scopes to make this call. Read more about required scopes here: https://developers.hubspot.com/scopes.","correlationId":"471b3d6e-cbd9-4057-bfc1-2d2c800e77db","errors":[{"message":"One or more of the following scopes are required.","context":{"requiredScopes":["contacts"]}}],"links":{"scopes":"https://developers.hubspot.com/scopes"},"category":"MISSING_SCOPES"}

Additional make tests by calling from a number that is already in the system,

In the hubspot time line the conversation is not added nor the call is seen and when I call from another number that is not in husbpot it is not added as a new call.

It seems you need to add the scopes for companies as well (not only contacts). Try with the attached template in which I'm also adding the scopes for companies. Sorry about this, but as I said before, we don't have an environment to properly test this.

Hello, please sendme email,
I will send you an invitation as admin so that you can review it from my husbspot panel

Hello @nerdcom, just sent you a private message, thank you very much for your help with this.

Hello @nerdcom,

Thank you very much for providing us a testing environment where we can test the new granular scopes provided by Hubspot.

I'm attaching here a custom template that you can use until we release the update for the official Hubspot template. You can upload this template from the 3CX Console > Settings > CRM > Add button. Please note that this is a custom template that will not be updated by 3CX. In November 2021 you should check for the updated official Hubspot template, which will be available in the 3CX Console > Settings > CRM > Available CRM Integrations section. Once this template becomes available, you should switch to it, so you benefit from any update or fix we release.

Regarding the configuration of the application in Hubspot, you will need to add the following scopes (I already did this for your account, just mentioning this for other users that might be in the same situation):
attachment

We will update the official documentation once we release the template using these scopes.

Please give this a try and let me know if you can make the integration work with this.

Thank you.
