• What works: Room 106 displays the correct room number.
• Already checked: The extension and room assignments were verified as correct.
• Still unknown: The ATA or analog gateway port mapping and the caller ID signaling for Room 704.

There is nothing more you can check on a 3CX SMB instance than what you have already done. Apart from that, the SMB version is losing support for hardware phones.

Maybe, with more infos. You should check your ATA and your phone for that. In this case, the display has nothing to do with 3CX.
